Wraxall Bacchus Reserve is 100% barrel fermented in 3rd and 4th fill neutral Burgundy barrels with 30% malolactic and extended lees aging for 6 months before bottling.
A rich and powerful style of Bacchus with layered flavours of citrus rind, chamomile tea and nectarine. The palate is full, with lovely structure and mouthfeel adding breadth and generosity.
